SHIPPING AND JACKET TIMELINES

Seasonal Update: It is possible to experience an additional delay of 1-2 weeks due to manufacturing adjustments and peak season. We are working on it; if you have a pressing deadline, please select a rush order, give us a deadline in advance, or order. 

Rover Jackets offers worldwide shipping using USPS, FedEx EX, DHL, or CANADA POST. For web orders, delivery to the USA and Canada is free.

Please give Rover Jackets the proper amount of time before emailing for order tracking. 

• Shipping for high-quality, made-to-order items can take up to 20 business days or fewer. There may occasionally be delays due to production modifications, the acquisition of materials, or third-party delays. Shipping is typically significantly quicker, though it also depends on the backlog, the availability of materials, and other aspects of our handmade process.
• Please be aware that each of our coats is manufactured specifically for you. Since each Rover Jacket is individually made, there may be a slight difference in the color, inside lining, and/or stitching.
• Please be aware that all of our jacket Rush orders, which range in price from 39.99 USD to 99.99 for SUPER RUSH, will reduce the amount of time it takes to complete your purchase relative to other priority orders. We aim to deliver jackets to customers and have designated staff on top of it manufactured to order by hand. Due to the handcrafted nature of each Rover jacket, there may be a slight difference in the color, inside lining, or stitching. Customers are REQUIRED to contact us with deadlines to ensure this service (USE “RUSH ORDER” as the subject line for emails).   Rush orders cannot be canceled.
• Custom-sized orders will take 3 to 8 weeks to ship because they need to be customized and handled by specialists. Please remember this when placing your order, and take pleasure in your original design!
• Pre-orders for new items or custom designs will not have an estimated delivery time as they need to be built and released.
• We make every effort to dispatch your things together at once. Large orders could require extra time to prepare because every item must first be prepared by hand.
• Modification in the delivery address will increase delivery time as the parcel might have to be rerouted.
• Remote areas may be subjected to an additional shipping fee.
• We will get in touch with you for additional delivery fees if you reside in a remote area or outside of a typical shipping service area.
• Pre-orders: There will be no projected delivery date for new items or bespoke designs because they need to be produced and made available.

We ship in well-packed mailer bags to keep the cost of international shipping low and the price for you, well-packed stomer. 

Please note not to use deep-cutting sharp objects when opening our parcels to avoid damage.

We don't deliver to Post Office Boxes, certain hotels on army bases, or goods forwarders. Please contact in touch with us if you need assistance while on an army base.

To obtain your jacket as soon as possible, we ship your package from one of our three locations.

We have no control over import taxes, which can change depending on your nation's regulations. To make your product as quickly as possible, we ship in the best way conceivable.

Special Jacket Requests

Due to processing times, we may need more time to deliver some designs because they are special requirements.

• Any professional motorcycle riding jacket made of cow leather and equipped with motorcycle-grade inlays or padding that meet industry standards.
• Printed jackets such as Junkrat, Scarface, Judge Dredd, Racing Princess, or similar print-on leather work.
• Sizes or jacket designs that are specifically desired.

ABANDONED SHIPMENTS

Customers are held responsible, and no free replacement will be provided if they decline delivery or pick up of their package and it is later negligently abandoned, damaged, misplaced, or returned to the sender. Our shipping companies will send you tracking information through text message or email, and we will try our best to get in touch with you if there are any problems with the delivery of your package. Your specified mailing address's safety on the premises is not the responsibility of Rover Jackets.

Custom Sizes 

A specialized tailor is needed to produce a body for your pattern in custom-sized tailoring. The typical time for custom is between 1-2 months, depending on the season. Based on the nature of the service at the moment, updates for this service are not as predictable.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Policy

Shipping charges for expedited purchases are not refundable because they are instantly processed and fulfilled.

Once the package has been dispatched, shipping expenses for ordinary purchases are not refundable. For shipping charges, a standard value of 29.99 or more is used. Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may not be considered free shipping. Although Rover Jacket can ask for additional money for remote regions or because shipping company prices have increased, our prices will continue to stay the same.
