At Rover Jackets, you can Return or Exchange leather jackets within 15 days from the day you receive your delivery. This policy is intended to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the purchase and that you have enough time to make a decision. We appreciate your thoughts on this matter very much. For items to be eligible for return, they must be unworn and still have their tags on.
Physical measurements should never be substituted for sizes directly acquired from commercial apparel. The Buyer releases Rover Jackets from liability for the inaccurate measurements given at the time the order is submitted. Rover Jackets has the right to decide whether to accept any exchanges or returns.
If you feel that the leather jacket is not comfortable for you or is not what you expected for any reason, you have the right to exchange it or return it in its original packaging. However, unless the customer can demonstrate a good reason for the return, you will be charged a $30 restocking fee. Make sure the return is unworn and includes all of its original tags and paperwork. We do not refund money for returns; instead, the client receives a replaced item or simply receives shop credit in the form of a site voucher that they may use to place a future order.
Items with the label "Sale" are not eligible for exchange, refund, or return. Beachwear, intimates, worn-out or damaged things, gift cards, and discounted items designated as final sales are just a few examples of the items.
Additionally, rare, numbered, or collector items like Pokeballs, statues, graded cards, or one-of-a-kind, specially-made collectible clothing items are regarded as final sales.
Items purchased in advance cannot be refunded if they are not released. The creation and processing of these designs, as well as their batch orders, will take considerably longer.
Events like Comic-con or trade shows are not regarded as web orders. All purchases made at events are regarded as final sales.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Note: Custom-sized items are measured and validated by you, the customer; if the customer makes a fitting error, we are unable to accept the return.
If the product is returned to us in a state that allows for resale, we will only accept returns or exchanges. To verify the jacket's dimensions and level of comfort, you can try it on.
POSTAGE
If the product is not damaged, we do not pay the shipping costs for returned items; in that case, the buyer is responsible for those costs. To avoid rejection, please ship it clearly marked as a return for ROver Jackets customs documentation. Send it via a trackable delivery provider so that it may be secured and monitored. As soon as we get your package at our location, we'll let you know. Before returning any item, we strongly advise emailing us to clarify the return's circumstances.
JACKET MATERIALS
All jackets are subject to color variations, but they will try to stay as true to the original idea and pictures as possible. Real leather and vegan leather will not always remain the same in the future due to the nature of leather. It's normal for handcrafted items, like jackets, to have stitching differences. We reserve the right to alter or adjust any materials' colors as we see fit or in response to what the market has to offer. Please feel free to contact customer care to confirm color adjustments or vegan tones. Impact on the leather we select won't be an acceptable justification for a cash refund.
