CUSTOM TAILORING

Having trouble finding the right fit for you in standard stores? Rover Designs offers custom sizing to create a jacket tailored to your uniqueness. From broad shoulders to long arms, from bulging biceps to wide chests, we can make you a custom fit you’ll love.

Please check our size chart before ordering a custom size, as custom orders take 3-4 weeks to create. If you fit standard sizes XS-4XL, order from our available sizes.

 

• When ordering your jacket, simply select the “Custom Size” option.
• After checkout, fill in the form below similar to the samples shown. We ask for photos to ensure the most accurate sizing.
• Once we have your measurements on file, you can order without submitting photos in the future.

    Chest, Shoulder to Shoulder, Sleeve Length, Hips, Waist, Length, Biceps (optional), Stomach (optional)

Custom sized jackets mean we build a pattern specifically for you. Items are final sale and Rover Designs guarantees the measurements.

*Chest sizes exceeding over 60 inches may result in an additional fee.
