Rover Jackets offers a return and exchange policy for customers. Returns must be accepted within 14 days of purchase, and personalized or custom-made jackets may not be eligible unless defective.
To initiate a return, contact the customer service team or visit the store to fill out a return request form. The original receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing. If an exchange is requested, the customer must cover the price difference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used, and it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
