Rover Jackets offers a return and exchange policy for customers. Returns must be accepted within 14 days of purchase, and personalized or custom-made jackets may not be eligible unless defective.

If an exchange is requested, the customer must cover the price difference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used, and it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return or exchange is due to a mistake or defective product. If a defective product is received, the customer must contact Rover Jackets within 7 days for assistance.
